Cai Guangbin, professor in Art College of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, professional artist of Chinese Painting Institute of Shanghai and syndic of Shanhgai Artisits Association, was born in Hei Long Jiang province of China in 1963. He graduated from the Traditional Chinese Painting Department of China Academy of Art in 1988.
